Husband found bones in garden, wife says it's the ex-husband she killed

A gardener's day just became extra-creepy and shocking when he found old bones in his garden, the wife's cavalier confession stirs up authorities' interest.

Every couple has certain secrets that are buried in the deepest corners of their heart, and they generally never dig it out. No couple like to dig out the old bones unless absolutely required. However, for a 52-year-old gardener digging up old bones just went out of fashion who discovered an actual human skull and bones while planting potatoes.

As if the finding skulls and bones of a human wasn't shocking enough, his wife's reaction shook him, totally.

The wife, who is now 60-years-old had little alarm to express over the horrifying find who just said, "don't worry - it's my first husband."

The wife further added, to explain the situation to the terrified gardener, who had found the bones in their home in Luzino, a village in the Omsk region of Serbia, 2,200 kilometers east of Moscow, a report by Daily Mail confirms.

When her current partner probed further about the skill he had found, the wife confessed to killing her first husband herself. Moreover, she also told her current partner to "'bury the remains again, forget about it, and we won't tell the police."

To the wife's surprise, her current partner couldn't think of doing anything but informing the authorities. He reported everything regarding his discovery to the Russian law enforcement, which was equally stunned to find that the case file was closed a long time ago.

Upon interrogation, the woman confessed to killing her first husband to the authorities as well. The killing dates back to 1997, according to the woman's confession. She claimed that the husband came home drunk one night and had begun hitting her relentlessly. In the heat of the moment, the woman grabbed an axe, and hit the man on his head.

When the woman had realized what she had done with her ex, she sliced the dead man's body into small pieces and decided to bury him in her garden. For 21 years it was not known where the man had disappeared. When the neighbors began asking about her husband, she said that he simply never came back from work after leaving one day.

The police spokesperson's insight into the matter was limited until the gardener had reported his discovery. The spokesperson later added, "It's possible that, by planting potatoes, this man saved his own life."

In a crime reconstruction photographed by detectives, she showed how she dismembered her husband with an axe. The woman is now facing a penalty of 10 years and is under house arrest during the criminal investigation.
